RAP4 Paintball Gun Remote Line Adapter Recall
On July 2, 2008, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with RAP4 (Real Action Paintball Inc.), of San Jose, California issued a nationwide recall of the RAP4 Paintball Gun Remote Line Adapter product.
The recall was initiated because the remote line adapter can burst when over tightened, posing serious impact and laceration hazards to consumers.
Thus far, RAP4 has received two reports of incidents involving the recalled remote line adapters, including one that scratched a consumer when it burst.
