GM Integrated Car Seat Recall Announcements

Below is a list of infant, baby and child car seat recalls issued by General Motors Corp.

Child safety restraints or car seats are designed to protect and shield our children from injuries serious car crashes. For the most part, advances in child car seat safety and child car seat design and manufacturing have saved countless lives. There are however instances of manufacturing defects of design or use of sub par materials in the construction process, which prompt a massive recall of a popular car seat. Unfortunately, many of the problems that prompt car seat recalls are learned of the hard way.

If your child or somebody you know has been seriously injured or killed in a car crash related to the below listed car seat recalls, you should contact us immediately.  You may be entitled to compensation by filing a product liability lawsuit against the manufacturer of the defective car seat.  Please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact an Injury help Network attorney or lawyer.  You may also call toll free 24 hrs/day by dialing (866) 879-3040.
